Spline Plug Gauge
Spline plug gauges are used to check the effective circular space width on internal splined components. We manufacture gauges in involute, straight, and serration profiles, along with tapered plug gauges. Our gauges are designed to meet a wide range of internationally recognized standards.

- Gauges are evaluated on a Gear Analyzer, providing inspection charts detailing the errors.
- Profile errors and tooth alignment are maintained within allowable tolerances, resulting in accumulative gauge variation being well within the permissible percentage variation of component tolerance, which can be matched by very few gauge manufacturers.
- Low accumulative gauge variation results in gauge longevity, providing more tolerance for manufacturing and a very low probability of component rework or rejection, ultimately leading to lower gauging costs per component, thus justifying the seemingly higher initial price.
